Content Warnings, or things that other School Librarians should be aware of: None Recommended for a school library: Yes Reason(s) for choosing the book: I have been straying away from Christmas books as our district looks to be more inclusive. Last year I realized in my efforts to include all, my Christmas book selection was extremely small, but frequently requested. Knowing how much the kids love Mo Willems, I thought this would be a perfect addition to my library.
If you were tasked by the publisher with writing a short quote for the back cover of this book, what would it be:
Take my advice, "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Sleigh!" no matter how much he begs!

Review:
I would definitely recommend this book. It's short so accessible for most students, it's funny, and it's written and illustrated my Mo Willems. Kids love the Pigeon series, so it's a perfect addition to a library and I anticipate it will get checked out all year long, not just during the holidays. The illustrations and simple and fun.
