Review:
This book leads the reader through all the different ways kids can build - specifically girls. Through beautiful illustrations, the author and illustrator demonstrate all the tools and ideas it takes to create. Once students have built, it shares how sometimes things need fixing - they lean or wobble - and that is okay! To take a deep breath and try again - that failure is only a sign of growth. I love this book for its positive message, geared towards girls as builders and creators. The illustrations are beautiful and engaging. This would be a great book to pair before a STEM lesson.
