Review:
I bought this book as I know students love graphic novels, especially DC heroes. This is a story of the young Clark Kent and Lex Luthor and learning when and how they can use their superpowers. When Clark uses his X-ray vision to cheat his way into a summer internship he meets Lex and realizes he's not the only one with special powers. This book would appeal to students who enjoy graphic novels and superhero stories. While it's not something I enjoy reading, I think my students will really gravitate towards it and hope the author comes out with new titles. The illustrations are great. This would be a great add to the library, but not something I'd use for curricular purposes or with activities.
