Review:

Why is growing up so hard?

Finding a place to fit in?

    Finding out who you are?

    Creating a future?

Megan is a fierce black girl with talent, intelligence, and supportive friends and family, yet she doesn’t feel right.  Science fiction nerds don’t fit in.  Pianists aren’t popular.  Then Megan meets LC and she finally feels like she has someone who understands, a true fast friend.  In just three months Megan has reinvented herself in the image of LC.  Then one night LC convinces Megan to go to a party and take drugs.  The nightmare she wakes up to is beyond belief!

Megan awakes in a body that is not her own in a fight to claim her life back – the life she didn’t know was what she wanted all along.  Although as a science fiction nerd, Megan has been exposed to the idea and the lore, she cannot believe she is now living this truth – living in someone else’s body.  Megan must review the lore and match it to what she is experiencing.  She even dives into the dark web to see what else can be found.  Using her smarts and instinct she has to decide who and what to believe.

Fans of Quantum Leap and Stitchers (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3868848/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1) from the TV realm and The Maze Runner series from books (and film) will enjoy this new take on body swapping and technology falling into the wrong hands.
