Happy National Library Week, School Library Month, and belated School Librarian Day (April 4, while we were on break)!
For us at the Monroe One BOCES SLS, every day is School Librarian Day and every week is Library Week! Thank you for all that you do for students, staff, and your school communities. The past three years haven’t been easy, and it looks as if there might more rough sailing ahead, but please know how much we appreciate all that you do. We’re here to support you and offer help when needed. |
Although it is late in the month, don’t forget to visit the American Association of School Librarian’s website for ideas and information on ways to celebrate School Library Month https://www.ala.org/aasl/advocacy/slm and National Library Week https://www.ala.org/conferencesevents/celebrationweeks/natlibraryweek and take advantage of the opportunities there to tell your library’s story.
