False Context

False context happens when something is taken out of context. This can be a quote in an article, information in an article, a picture that is taken at a different angle, or to omit something, a picture that is miscaptioned. These are all done in order to misrepresent actual events or to represent a person in a negative or untruthful way.  

 

The examples to the right are photos of when Prince William presented the third royal baby to the world. Notice the difference in each of these photos. What different messages do each of these photos send?
