Goodreads is the world’s largest community of readers. Many authors have a presence here. - Teen Reads
Reviews, bios, and features on the best Young Adult books and authors. - YouTube
Search for author interviews/talk show appearances. - Wikipedia
Use Wikipedia as a "special search engine". Find your article, and scroll to the bottom for links to the articles THEY reference. - Teaching Books Author Links
An EXTENSIVE list of author websites and blogs, with a focus on YA/children's authors. Go right to the source!
TIP: Also, try searching for your author's publisher.
They will usually have Author Bios and other content.
